1. Service Overview

BallHQ is a team communication tool for coaches and parents, including schedules, updates, messaging, and RSVP tracking.

2. Access and Team Codes

• Access is provided through team name and access codes shared by team administrators.
• You are responsible for keeping team access codes private and using them only for authorized team use.
• BallHQ may restrict or remove access if misuse or unauthorized access is detected.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use BallHQ for unlawful, abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior.
• Upload or share content you do not have rights to share.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to BallHQ systems.

4. Team Content

Users are responsible for content they submit, including messages, updates, images, and RSVP data. Team administrators are responsible for managing access and appropriate sharing within their team.

5. Children's Context

BallHQ is used for youth team coordination by adults (such as coaches and parents). Any minor-related information entered into BallHQ should be limited to what is necessary for team operations.

6. Privacy

Your use of BallHQ is also governed by our Privacy Policy: https://ballhq.app/privacy.

7. Service Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

BallHQ is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent allowed by law, BallHQ disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

9. Changes to These Terms
